Ask questions, read blogs, and the podcasts are golden.

This is a golden opportunity to cash buyers who can then snap them up, rent or sell owner finance.

If I wanted to buy something illegal, I could either take out untraceable cash, pay on credit card or use a currency that is being tracked by millions of computers all across the globe verifying who paid who what.

There is an old euphenism in Real Estate called "The Golden Rule" - Who has the Gold Makes the Rules"! 

Break even and I am golden.

In terms of neighborhoods in Woonsocket, the Globe District is nice and the part that borders MA is a nice area. 

If you're open to getting something with a separate living space, a converted garage ADU or even easier, have roommates, then you're golden.
