Hello BP,

My name is Todd and have been checking out BP for a couple weeks now and I am loving this site and wish I would have found it years ago. I am new the REI world and still gearing u up to pull the trigger on my first deal. Its like I can not get enough information on the entire process.

Right now I am in my learning stages and working to establish my business and finalize my plan.  I plan is to start 2015 with a bang in wholesaling to start. Once I get to the point where I am making enough deals wholesaling I want to break into rehabing and grow from there.

I plan to start this new venture in mine and my families life all while still working very demandiing full time. My personal goal and commitment to my family is to be successful with my REI venture to stop working for "the man" and building my families future myself.

With all that being said I am here looking to learn and gain knowledge from those experianced in REI. Also looking to network with local and out of state investors…

I am looking forward to get to know all of you

You might consider Niche or Specialized Housing like student housing. Rents can be 2-4 times more. Remember you don't have to own a property to control it.
