I own a condo in the Eastern Inn & Suites, so I go up occasionally (although I've been thinking about selling it lately).

I was in a SmartCity's conference the other day (courtesy of my day job) and Atlanta city planners have begun centering all investment infrastructure around North Ave.

Is there anyone who lives/invests on the Eastern Shore/Delmarva Peninsula that has insight into this market?

Bit longer hike is the Eastern Mass REIA in Rockland.  

Also letting me know what I should be aware of being in Eastern Connecticut.

I will confer with my own RE attorney and CPA, but thought some folks out here might have some experience and help me better understand what other questions to ask or options to consider.

Our south eastern folks rents are slowly creeping p and we are not huge appreciation markets.
