We're kicking it up a notch in regards to commercial real estate this year, and we've got some exciting announcements to make but I'm going to hold off until closing for the big reveal on BP.  

In situations like this it's easy to see the high road, and that path almost reveals its self effortlessly.  

If you didn't reveal the asking price until they came to look at the property, maybe there was some back and forth negotiations on the spot; at most you may have been presented with an Option to Purchase Agreement in lieu of a P&SA.

It would be like computing a dollar per sq ft on your purchase and trying to see if that was market or above or below but no one will reveal the sq ft of their properties.  

In this case, it helped me determine that #2 keep the house nice and clean, but also reveal that they lied on the application.

Each step you take reveals a new horizon.

It makes sense to me to prioritize that and see what it reveals about the area of concern and then move into the addition/repair phase informed about the situation and fix(s).  

The inspection revealed the following other issues of concern: all appliances in both units should be replaced (not immediately or urgently).

Seller's disclosure didn't reveal much.
