We're kicking it up a notch in regards to commercial real estate this year, and we've got some exciting announcements to make but I'm going to hold off until closing for the big reveal on BP.

The market in upstate is slowing down a bit for retail, but investor sentiment remains strong. Prices are edging down from the peak on the investment front and there are still plenty of REO / bank owned / foreclosed properties coming to market to keep people from getting crazy on peripheral investment markets.

Rental markets are still strong and no indication of the upcoming decline... probably because the weather has been awesome.  Lease ups are quick and easy, and rates are strong.
