@Regina Bailey this is a frustrating scenario but first know that if you are in Cook County, including Chicago, there is no more 30 day notice to vacate.

I never looked at U tube until about 16 months ago and thats where i get all my cooking ideas and recipes.. 

When you find an off market property, it's like finding a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

What isn't believable about inheriting money from a stripper tenant, or finding a million bucks stacked in a wall, or having a leprechaun give you a pot of gold as a thank-you gift?

I am from Westchester, New York, and I enjoy meeting new people, reading, working out, cooking, traveling, and many other things.

So they can make their own food accommodations whether they choose to eat out, cook at a friend's house or get a place with kitchenette facilities is up to them. 

Add flower pots with geraniums or succulents and a welcome matt or sunflower wreath from Michael's.

Next thing you know he'll be cooking....and yes it is hard to remove and lowers the looks and value of the house and neighborhood......Curtains - up to him, you don't buy interior furnishings.....I suspect this guy is being 'nice' to take advantage of you.
