I've read Brandon Turner's book,The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down, but looking for recommendations on further training, courses, etc to learn more about creative financing.  I've watched some Youtube videos and read some articles on seller financing and sub-to, but I'm sure there's a lot of nuance to these strategies.  Thank you!

@Tim Lee I recommend William Tingle. He is a great mentor and has a course/ membership and is always open to answer any questions you have about creative financing/ sub to.
