How to find a price on off market deals

Jack Hendrickson
Posted

I have been searching for off market deals or awhile but when it comes to send an offer on it, I don’t know what is the right price to offer for it, it doesn’t just have numbers listed for you and the owner just want a price like right then so I was wondering you guys had some suggestions. Thank you all so much!!

Hey Jack,

Part of being a real estate investor is being able to decide what a property is worth on your own. You are the expert so you should be making offers based on your numbers. You should look at comps in the area to see what similar homes have sold for. The metric dollar per SQFT is a helpful one. It might help to search the forums for something like "how to value a home". Feel free to reach out with any other question or generating off market leads.
