I think it was a really underhanded thing for the city to do, but they are never able to look past the nose on their face so it is hardly surprising.

@Allan Worthey Well...you sort of cut off your nose to spite your face if you want to be a licensee and focus on wholesaling...not to say that you can't do it, but you're held to a higher standard by law...which as simply as possible, requires you to find the highest and best use for sellers properties...that said, highest is not always best.
