Finding the Right Broker to WORK for as an INVESTOR/AGENT

Hello my name is Allan & I'm halfway finished with my realtors license in Ohio. I have a question about where I can find the appropriate broker to work for, where both our interests are aligned, here in NE Ohio (Akron/Cuyahoga falls/Canton) while still investing in real estate (Wholesaling, Fix n Flips, rentals, etc..). I know some brokerages here don't fully understand wholesaling.
