Buying and selling is a roller coaster ride for sure.

Texas does have property appreciation, but it's just not the roller coaster ride that some states are. 

But we do follow-up as soon as they fall behind the modified agreement.We willingly chose this low income roller coaster; tenants who have their act together don't want to live in our units.

Mine also has garbage roller into it which is another $50-100 per month. maybe I am wrong and your tenants will be all utilities including garbage?
