Union County Foreclosures Expirience

Hi all! I am an Buy and Hold investor in Charlotte area, specifically investing in the Matthews / Stallings / Mint Hill area. I am looking for a local investor who has experience purchasing foreclosure properties specifically within Union County. I have purchased my buy & holds through off-market & mls in prior years, however know there are better deals to be had out there. If this is you- I’d love to pick your brain on process, cautions, and pitfalls when purchasing properties like this within NC.
