The last response is true.people will send you their list unblocked. When you send out your emails, make sure to block (BCC)your contacts.Your buyers list is your "money", and as you've seenonce you've given them away (on purpuse or accident)someone else will use them, and you won't get paid from it.Another tip, when out riding, and you see a rehab under way.Stop and talk a bit.If he's/she's doing a rehab, they might be a buyer, and they might be buying soon again.

In my office we had 4-5 agents making all the money and the rest just kind of hanging on for the ride, lol.A lot of people jump into real estate with no idea what's really involved and when they find out they tend to not do any of those things, resulting in little sales or activity.

(the LL provided a push mower and riding mower for us to use) I would think this would fall under normal wear and tear just like a dishwasher or refrigerator these are the only deductions (except for 1 rent dispute amount), all having to do with the lawn, absolutely none for the apartment itself.
