Any type of trust, including a DST will pass the depreciation to the investors (trustees), whether or not they utilize cost seg, is something you will have to inquire about on an individual basis.

We have a small 1 bed 1 bath for rent and have had over 3000 ppl view it online and over 100 ppl inquire and only two people submit an application. $550/mo.We are dumbfounded why we can’t get anyone to commit to rent it.
