4.4% Interest on Investment Loan??!
Hubby and I are looking to put in an offer on an investment property (asking is 460k). Our pre-approval letter shows that we qualify for a 4.4% rate at 30 years w/ 20% down. I thought it was going to be around 3.5% (based on research). We have a call scheduled for Monday to talk with our lender, but thought I'd ask here for any advice. Hoping to learn more come Monday, but it was mentioned that investors aren't backing up investment loans as much these days? BTW - Our debit to income ratio and credit scores are excellent.

@Candice Jensen that rate seems a little high. I am offering clients rate in the 3s with 20-25% down in the state of Florida for investment properties. May want to shop around a little bit.
