To be quite honest, I knew exactly what I was doing yet I needed all the money for the downpayment on the new property.

Without full disclosure / honesty, the agent could be charged with ethics violations which endangers their NAR membership and potentially their license.Thats the harsher side of it I suppose...

@Kaleb Madsen thank you for the reply do you or anyone know more about ADU I dont have a lot of cash up front to start and honesty don’t know a lot about putting in a unit on the lot but if the numbers work I would love to learn

To be completely honest, I don't know much about the ARM you mentioned.

I think communication and honesty are key.

Remember, the thing about wholesaling is honesty, and integrity and transparency.Don't make an offer on anything if you can not go through with that offer, either private money your own money, or have a cash buyer already lined up.

I actually, in all honesty, tend to lean towards 3rd party.

So, they never actually get any good at it, there basic bit.... yeah maybe check my honesty here a bit, lol.
