kitsap area rentals/multifamily

hey guys,

im looking to get in the game here in the Kitsap, Bremerton, Silverdale area within the year, is anyone having any luck on retal proprties i really want to start with multifamily house hacking but just don't know where to start finding a cash flowing property in this area any body have any tips in tricks for finding deals (I know this is what everyone ask), are you finding more off market deals and if you are how are you finding them in this area? thank you

Accessory Dwell Unit (ADU) when you live in par the house, and rent the second half.

Detached ADU (when something is built in the backyard or so)

Mother-in-law, this is pretty much a guest house or in-law suit.

There are different forms of house hack and these are three forms.
