The area has exploded with duplexes in the last few years (new construction).

IF it REALLY had been dangerous to use, he would NOT have turned it on.I really do think gas guys must have boring jobs and realize many people are scared of gas (thinking either it's going to explode or kill them with fumes) so they sometimes try to scare us with these stories.If you remain concerned, buy a carbon monoxide detector for the place.Gail

Colorado is exploding right now, where I currently live, entire neighborhoods are being built around me and prices have raised quickly.

We got the report back today and found out that the house was not properly winterized by HUD  and two of the radiators must have frozen and exploded.

AB&B is getting ready to 'go public,' so this cottage industry is poised to EXPLODE in GROWTH in the near future... if anyone wants the next "Uber" IPO tip.

I agree that appreciation is "potentially" there because the area is exploding with growth. 

I like East Mesa, the area around the airport (Mesa Gateway) should explode with jobs over the next few years. 

It also won't tell me if an area is declining for a particular reason or set to explode.
