I also saw the "works across ALL platforms" part (smartphone, tablet, laptop, desktop, pc, mac, iphone, android) and was sold, which was easy of course, since the basic download is free, downloaded it and have been hooked for the last few months.

If you're on an Android, you can use the google messages text messaging application(instead of the phones default), and then on your desktop/laptop you can read/reply to the same text messages via https://messages.google.com/ As a realtor who's constantly replying to text messages, I use this ALL the time.

@Brandon Metz - I use QuickBooks desktop for my construction business, and when I was previously into real estate I used QuickBooks for that also.I also tried Freshbooks and GoDaddy Bookkeeping for a while, and they were alright.
