I'm an equity partner on four different apartment complexes and have learned a lot from talking with and observing the lead investor (i.e. syndicator) about raising capital and investor relations by being in those deals.If you are fortunate enough to find a mentor, it would be wise to find someone with integrity, who has multiple SUCCESSFUL deals under their belt and believes in consistent and clear communication with their investors. 

Now that I have read multiple posts and received recommendations from others and read BiggerPockets threads, I am inclined to create Entity structure to avoid any property liabilities and get tax advantages using income shifting strategies for my 1099 revenue from small IT LLCThis is what I am thinking and need some inputs from others on this channel.

When you treat them as partners and maintain open communication, it ensures your projects run smoothly, even when challenges arise.

Zoho Cliq: Same is slack, I see many teams communicate using Slack, discrod, teams, Google, etc.

I have done several deals with AD mortgage on their wholesale channel, and they are a great lender to work with.

In the middle of a sale of my parents condo and it's been 5 months and we have not closed due to title companie's lack of communication, instruction and then bringing an outside attorney into the fold to assist that has dragged this on even further.

If you interacted with persons in trying to understand there quoting as you communicated here, no you wouldn't get much for answers because it's demanding, condescending and with hollow threats, nobody wants to deal with that BS or person so of course they blow you off, I bet you'd blow that person off too. 

I'm also looking for investor-friendly agents and brokers to team up with to take down MLS distressed properties.I'm easy to talk to, and great at communication via text, phone, or email. 

I was able to share my knowledge about real estate investing with more people through these channels.
