One of my rentals is within walking distance, just by that bend to the west.  

I'm 99% sure if one took the time to go back to the 2010-2012 time frame here on BP you could find posts saying that the FED was "printing money" and that inflation was just around the bend.

If they won't bend, tell them you are taking your business elsewhere and walk from the $650 fee.
