If it's our fridge and it dies, we repair or replace at our expense.If they had food in the fridge, ideally it's their lookout, but we're not that broke that a $50 Walmart gift card sorts everything out.

Mostly it's just low income - the average fastfood/wa-lmart salaries.So the problem I have is that I have zero money of my own and would have to borrow, but due to a mountain of student loan debt and being unemployed for a number of years now scraping by on handyman jobs and "freelance artist" work, I don't have the credit or resources to get even a $20K house financed.

Working for Grandpa may pay better than Walmart but still very unstable.  

For example I know most properties a few blocks from college, or close to a military base are solid indicators if the numbers work, but what else.All major operations use some type of model that's a lot more complex, for example, Walmart or Sheetz gas station have some type of population and traffic to housing location model that works.Thanks in advanced.

I'm looking at park in a smaller town, but it's less than a mile from a Wal-Mart Supercenter.  

I would just use the $16/gallon interior paint from walmart for the interior walls.  

Suburban areas with more sprawl it is not as commonly used.There was a report by Wal-mart the other day where only online shoppers bought 250 a year from Wal-mart.
