I bought my condo in July 2023 as my first property with the intention to rent it out in 2 years (June 2025).

They bought their first 5-unit property (and their first deal altogether) a few months back, and since then, all but one tenant has either been evicted for non-payment or arrested.

And I never bought a syndicate again preferring to be in contrl of my own destiny. 

I'm barely considering my second house, just bought the first in Jenks school district 10 months ago.

I'm fairly new to investing, bought my first 2 SFH a year ago through a turnkey company.

It’s like my client in Omaha (where I’m based) :-) he bought a triplex where rents were under-market by $200 per unit.

I bought two SFR is Desert Hot Springs (years ago). 

A mobile home for 10-12K will likely have to be bought off market and it probably needs to be fully gutted / renovated.
