Strip off wall paper-nuetral paint.Master bath you maybe able to get away with a good cleaning and nice tile floors, master vanity looks okay- maybe more lighting in the bathroom- you could do something about bathroom cabinets- fresh coat of paint.Bathroom small- some caulking, new shower head blah blah- Remove all wall paper- paint nuetral, you may wanna change that soap holder too.

Is the paint coating evenly without streaks?

Changing out cabinets and flooring with a new coat of paint won't trigger that.

I agree a fresh coat of paint can do a lot to make a unit look clean and fresh.

Someone investing in rental property needs to have a thicker skin, needs to take on a business attitude when dealing with tenants as well as other attributes if they truly want to do well.

The vinyl planking products I've used are all thicker and harder than sheet goods.

My question, do I throw it all in the trash, or can I at least maybe oil base primer it and 2 coats of paint to seal in the formaldehyde on my 1 finished room?
