My 2019 resolution is to close my first deal by the end of this year.

If you wait until the last minute, you will have difficulties getting a resolution in time.

Quitting college or changing careers should be, as much as possible, a careful, rational decision that took a lot of thought and calculation to come to a resolution.

Whether or not the business issues actually affect your relationship comes down to how you communicate, how you handle conflict and how you come to resolution. 

The locks are a indication of some form of mental illness and as such there will be no resolution to your situation short of eviction.Crazy is not workable for landlords and will not be limited to a single incident involving these locks.

The mediators do a great job trying to get a resolution, but when you deal with people who just don't care about life, you can't win.
