Newbie from San Diego

Hello everyone!

Happy new year! My 2019 resolution is to close my first deal by the end of this year. I am mostly interested in residential Multifamily Properties. I am focused on buy and hold strategy. Since San Diego, where I live, is a very hot market it doesn’t make sense for me to invest here, so I have to look for opportunities out of CA. I am looking in AZ as it looks like it is cheaper that CA and with a more robust economy than Midwest area. What are your advices and your thoughts about AZ market?

Thank you!
