I'm not really using a yellow letter, but a more formal typewritten letter and using mail merge to personalize each letter with the recipients name and address and the property address (as they might be different).

By changing the packaging you can send roughly the same message over and over but the likelihood of your message being read each time does not decrease since the format looks new to the recipient each time.

These were distributed only at the opening meeting by my staff prior to my speaking and not left where they could just be picked up and recipients were cautioned these were not for distribution to others without written permission and were so marked on each page.The only misdistribution I was aware of was to Paul Bradley from ROC who had apparently registered for the Roundtable as a community owner.

You might want to take a look at Florida Statute 627.7843 that provides in part:(3) The contractual liability of the issuer of a property information report is limited to the person or persons expressly identified by name in the property information report as the recipient or recipients of the property information report and may not exceed the amount paid for the property information report.
