Offer Letter to Neighbors?

Joshua Harding
Posted

I recently purchased vacant land at auction and believe my best course of action will be offering the property to the adjacent property owners. I am not quite sure how best to approach them. Any suggestions on verbiage for a letter?

How about: "I wanted to reach out to you before listing to the public so you have first chance to purchase the adjacent land."

Or you could put a for sale sign in the front and see if they contact you.
