On bigger pockets do people ever form long term relationships of investment, or partnerships whereby someone who has money they want to invest would seek someone on the forums who has luxury short term rental experience ownership and management 3+ yrs, looking to expand over 10 years of management and financial experience in a top 10 Forbes destination location here in the United States...

@Ryan GroeneNot sure the type of waste treatment,it looks like a concrete pond in a fenced off areaLooking at the profit and loss statements for the past 3 yrs the park total expenses avg 387.00 per month That’s water/sewage and trash pick up , trash is 125.00 per month so I don’t really see the big expense I understand IF the system goes bad it would be expensive but it’s 10 yrs old so I Assume it has some Longevity left

Luckily there the VA just released a guideline for a new loan called the VA RENO 30 yrs fixed: https://www.benefits.va.gov/HOMELOANS/documents/ci...However, there is only one lender that I have talked to out of hundreds that does this loan, and they don't even advertise that they do it since it is so new and are not willing to do it.

The term in year vary from 4 to 30 yrs, and the amortization is usually 20 to 30 years.However this plan only works if you scale up fast because you need to create enough surplus in cash to pay contracts soon.
