Partnerships - do they happen here on bigger pockets?

On bigger pockets do people ever form long term relationships of investment, or partnerships whereby someone who has money they want to invest would seek someone on the forums who has luxury short term rental experience ownership and management 3+ yrs, looking to expand over 10 years of management and financial experience in a top 10 Forbes destination location here in the United States... Does that sort of thing happen here? Looking to expand the vision.
