Refinancing headache real estate
Having trouble refinancing my property. Has been rented out for 4 yrs,Has over 79k in equity but these banks have so many rules and stipulations it's tiring.
Who do you guys use?

@Geoffrey A Calloway who investors use for lenders is generally a smaller, local lender. So if your property is in Washington state....the answer will be different than if your property was located in Florida. Can you give us any input on the property or what the scenario is?
