Nice new fridge, big as will fit nicely, is a big selling point in a flip.

I could be wrong on this point too...Cleaning depends on size of the place; I recently spent $150 to clean both levels of a duplex, which included baths and kitchens plus cleaning things like mini-blinds and the stove and fridge (those last 3 tend to be some work with rentals).
