Set good old fashioned rat traps to get the rats already in the house and you should be good.  

It could be possible if I just draw it up in some weird fashion but it's just very complicated and sketchy at that point. 

Old fashion way, see if your area has the City Directory, at the library probably.

If one of us are at work or sleeping from shift work or just busy we can still get the message and respond in a quick fashion.

Return calls, texts, emails in a timely fashion or even consider setting up a scheduled time dedicated to chatting with clients.  

BP does an ok job of taking care of these people in a timely fashion and I think they'll get even more aggressive over time. 

But there's laws about driving and if you ever sped, didn't use your blinker, or ran a red light, then you are driving in an illegal fashion.

Or is a good old fashion phone call to a contractor the way to go??
