Hello,

My name is Tyler, I live in North Carolina. I graduated from college not long ago (December 2012) and I quickly decided that I did not want to work in the corporate world 40+ hours a week.

I have degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Physics and I have a full time position in field service engineering. While I enjoy learning, I hate being tied down for large periods of the day and working for "the man."

Since graduation, I have begun learning all I can about real estate with the eventual goal of quitting my job and working for myself (whether in real estate or some other fashion.)

I plan to wholesale in my area until I have gained knowledge and experience (and money) to invest in other ways such as fix/flip and buy/hold. I've already begun some marketing in my area and I look forward to completing my first deal.
