Every day new claims would come in, some small, such as the unpaid utility bill this thread is about, to major claims involving millions of dollars in unpaid mechanic's liens to claims of forged or fraudulently obtained deeds and mortgages. 

Put in your contact something about signing lease during covid And if they are fraudulent on payment they can be evicted.. go thru attorney there is ways around these Things if your signing a new lease. ( im new but I feel like if its in the contract and they sign the lease/contract knowing that it’s in the contract then you should have no problems I would feel like

Not to mention the fact that not disclosing it on your loan application would be fraudulent. 

And this might be due to a rebellious mood of young people there, at the prospects of having to obey restrictions for combatting this virus.

Since new agent applicants must disclose any criminal convictions... the Division stated "please remember that DUI, OVI, driving with a suspended license, driving with fraudulent plates are not routing traffic violations".

I'd say only the government has the ability to combat the staggering wealth inequality that has developed in America over the last half century.

I have to wonder if EIDL is out of money because a bunch was paid out fraudulently.
