Put in your contact something about signing lease during covid And if they are fraudulent on payment they can be evicted.. go thru attorney there is ways around these Things if your signing a new lease. ( im new but I feel like if its in the contract and they sign the lease/contract knowing that it’s in the contract then you should have no problems I would feel like
