Vinay and I am hosting the San Francisco chapter of Multifamily and More.

Can't wait to start my next chapter.

These past two years have been life-altering and as one chapter ends and another one begins, I cannot wait to see where I am going to be in another two short years.

I filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy about a year ago to get rid of some old credit card debt from when I was in school that was really hindering my ability to move forward. 

Parse thru chapter 42; Themain sticking points will be navigating the combination of openspace requirements, lot coverage, and minimum parking standards.

I'm so excited for this next chapter in my life.

@Matthew Wilson A BK has no real effect on the lender....as far as foreclosing or doing a short sale...the bank still has the mtg and can foreclose at any time, unless it was a chapter 13 with an approved plan.
