Condo buy & hold investment in Colorado Spgs.

Purchase price: $215,000
Cash invested: $9,000

Two bed Two Bath Condo 15 minutes from Downtown and within 30 minutes of 3 major military installations.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The potential to rent in the future. Vacancy should be virtually 0
