I am still trying to recover from all the financial issues stemming from this incident. 

Guests Services, Operations, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, Cleaning team, Handymen etc.I am interested in the idea of purchasing a boutique hotel and run it within my current systems.I have no experience in finding a hotel, market value of them, or anything.My questions stems from do you think it would be an easy transition to operate the business side of the hotel with the infrastructure i already have in place? 

As a plumber, he should have known not to try to force the valve...it is extremely common for the valve stem to break on old and/or cheaper angle valves.
