My name is Latanya Woodson from Lansing, IL. I was a landlord for the 1st time in 2008. The tenants burned my house down within 6 months. I was jaded and did not want to return to real estate for property management. I am still trying to recover from all the financial issues stemming from this incident. The tenants filed my house on their taxes for 5 years following. They still use my address as they continue to commit crimes. I would like to try real estate investing again but this time I need the guidance of other real estate investors to guide me through the process again. I'm interested in learning about wholesaling and making a profit from real estate.
