G'day! I'm new to BiggerPockets and wanted to introduce myself. I'm semi-new to real estate investing with 3 renovated rental units currently in my portfolio (moved back to the USA at the end of 2021). I'm an entrepreneur at heart with a background in finance & business. I'm interested in buy & hold, fix & flip, and build & flip, and would like to make connections with values drive hardworking people in the real estate game. The biggest challenge for me to date has been finding investor friendly, honest, and capable general contractors so I can scale. I know they're out there, just haven't found them yet. Any referrals would be amazing. Keep on keeping on!
