I am looking to buy my first investment property and have seen strong fundamentals in Indianapolis (job growth, population and median wage).As an out of state investor, I am looking to connect with investors/agents in the area to build further knowledge on specifics with the markets and hopefully bring business to in the future!

For the past 10 months, I’ve been doing a BRRRR house hack with my multifamily, running a mid-term rental on the second floor.I’m looking to scale up soon as I’m wrapping up the last few renovations in my unit and will be handing the keys to a lucky tenant (MTR or LTR).

I originally got into real estate as a wholesaler before getting my license.

To maximize my cashflow and gain landlording experience, I’d do STR and MTR in the other units, as well as the other bedrooms in my unit.

In my market - new build duplexes dont cash flow well but are typically a great 5-10 year investment. 

I like Clearwater due to the manatees.The whole Myrtle Beach area would be a better investment in my opinion.
