A little inconvenient but my renters pay almost my whole mortgage, they are redecorating, replacing doors, repairing counters and cabinets, painting, etc. for a $100/month discount on rent.

I open the kitchen cabinet and.......... a family of dead mice falls out and lands on my feet.

After they moved out I ripped out all the carpet (even though it was lightly used, haha) and ripped out the kitchen, and are redoing the floors with hickory hardwood and new kitchen cabinets, and granite countertops.

I thought about buying kitchen cabinets at Ikea, I decided not too, I'm in the rental property business, I needed something that can take a beating, not something that will last a few years.

Needs new cabinets, sink and faucet in the kitchen and bathroom.
