Taking the plunge for the first time is exciting and nerve-wrecking at the same time.

My husband and I are ready to take the plunge and are interested in purchasing our first fix and flip.  

I like to research and analyze before I take the plunge on something.  

I'm not a real estate investor yet, but as I learn more about how to effectively market properties and how they work in general I'd like to someday take the plunge.

Sure some folks have taken the class and then taken the plunge and perhaps managed to wade their way through the lack of knowledge in the industry.  

You have taken the plunge into RE investing.While I appreciate the enthusiasm and your drive thinking about the next property....I would let the duct settle a bit and get comfortable with being a LL.

I've always been interested in real estate, but never fully taken the plunge.

@Sofia NguyenI love your enthusiasm..it is one of the winning personality attributes every REI should aspire to have.Keep on doing what you are doing; in less than no time, you will acquire self confidence and requisite knowledge to plunge in..One thing I have learnt is never stop improving...ask whatever question you have on the forum and NEVER think that any question is too naove to be asked.

I have gone back and forth with taking the plunge into full-time or quasi-full time REI for a while now and my hand might have been forced today but for those that have made (or been forced) the leap it is scary to cut that W2 cord.

So I have the next 5 months of actively educating myself and making some final decisions into what strategy I'm going toward before I hope to take the plunge this summer.Any direction, advice, or recommended reading is welcome!
