Hello,

My name is Christopher (but I go by Topher.) I work for a company that owns, manages and sells commercial real estate all over the country. My role in the company is to determine and execute the most effective strategies for marketing our properties. 

I'm joining this community so that I can share my knowledge and techniques with others, and hopefully learn what marketing techniques others have found success with. I'd love to learn from people in the industry and help anyone in any way that I can. 

I'm not a real estate investor yet, but as I learn more about how to effectively market properties and how they work in general I'd like to someday take the plunge.
