Whom do I go to for impartial analysis?  

We have a great team of support staff. 

Preferably with assets and a good staff in place.I have been doing flips for the most part in NV, NC and soon TX but there is no way I'll be able to invest the money I need to, just by doing flips and it is too risky anyway.

So the FB staff has followed up with me about enrolling in smaller programs.

Do you have an engineer on staff that's familiar with industry standards that supervises the construction?

@Steve Vaughan - the reproduction is not "1 to 1"-- I don't have a public forum I manage, but I would like this same ethos to be represented in my (and my teams) internal (and external) interactions.For example, I'd like my staff to be supportive, even when they're taking each other or a consulant to the proverbial wood-shed.

Its on the MLS because the owner is a commercial broker agent who is also trying to sell the property through his staff so there is no obligation on my part if I locate a tenant-buyer.

You can also hand this over to answering services or your staff or virtual assistant.
