If you and the contractor don't 'click', no matter what their cost or how stellar their references, working with the contractor will feel like pulling teeth (unless all the references specifically state "great work product, but terrible to work with").My company will win contracts, not because we are the cheapest, but because we are able to work with clients on a human level.

The other thing, it's my understanding that folks in San Fransisco walk around naked and saying you think you caught some body part of a possible partner, well, many are pretty conservative here, especially the saw and hammer types, just saying, not that I have any preference, well, I do, but, well, you know, we don't have to explain everything!

I plan to take out a loan from a bank to finance the first FLIP, i always read bout Hard money and OPM but all of that comes with vERY VERY HIGH INTEREST RATE or knowing someone who will be willing to drop cash with some body with no experience or track record (I do not have the luxury of knowing someone).Anyway I am here to take any advice on my journey and I am excited!!!
