Quick question on my beginning strategy

I am a new investor, with basically no cash, and my strategy right now is to start flipping to build some cash up and then to eventually go into buy and hold strategy for long-term wealth.

My plan is to read the book on biggerpockets that is for sale on House Flipping, and also if I can find a mentor ( where I will of coarse help out in doing free labor or whatever I can to learn the business). If I do not find a mentor then I will just keep reading on BP, after I read the book of coarse.

After reading I will definitely jump into the water with both feet. I may have a partner in mind to help go 50/50 in the first flipping deal also. So I will not have to take on the entire loan. I plan to take out a loan from a bank to finance the first FLIP, i always read bout Hard money and OPM but all of that comes with vERY VERY HIGH INTEREST RATE or knowing someone who will be willing to drop cash with some body with no experience or track record (I do not have the luxury of knowing someone).

Anyway I am here to take any advice on my journey and I am excited!!! Glad I know that I will start flipping and then eventually buy and hold. Can't wait to read the book and can't wait to post an update on what I feel like I have learned from the book.

Take care everyone!!
