There are a few decent videos online but they are general.

This would appear a blatant disregard for disclosing to would be Investors information that would have been needed to make an informed investment decision.Perhaps you already have this YouTube video.

You may be able to get away with 10% down if you have multiple fix and flips/holds completed in the last 36 months and the LTARV allows for it. 

I do  a search on webinars and videos and it only brings up forum posts.

The best way to determine value is to take a look at the property (or get videos) and run comps online.

In all of the research and videos I’ve watched on the topic I have never heard or seen anything stating this is illegal.

If there are three people and one or any has a weapon I am going to have to take their life over mine if I can't get away first.You always want to try and get away with your conditioning.

@Micah Loewen You may be able to get away with those just fine - doesn't sound terribly expensive.
