My problem is she doesn’t make enough money anymore because she’s just recovering from cancer so she’s only working PT.. with that being said I have to now use my income to qualify to cash out on her house... my fear is that by Co-signing on the cash out It will make it hard for me to qualify for any additional loans for investments...

For instance, in Lansing, MI, the Sparrow Hospital just finished building a multimillion dollar Cancer Center (and, if not a hospital improvement then perhaps a new University building).So, think about similar buildings being planned by major players in the City's and County's stronger economic sectors, and ask yourself "if I'd been aware of it ahead of time, might I have been able to score a few cheap houses or strip malls and been able to flip them to the new, highly-paid employees of the Center or to businesses trying to sell to those consumers?"

im James 37 divorced male from Oh i worked in construction for several years im a single father my passion is to become a real estate investor but i need a mentor to show me the ropes a partner and a friend can't do it alone i have money saved back good credit but noway of knowing how to proceed ive read books and would love to work with good honest people i guess im looking to just be the father i always wanted to be to my 3 daughters i lost my house my job my family my mother had a massive stroke and later found out she had cancer id give anything for a chance and believe God led me here for a reason

We bought a duplex for $44K at the bottom of the market and it was quite a disaster with sloping floors and enough nicotine on the walls to give you cancer!
