trying to use cash out from my moms house
Hi, I’m new to BP and also fairly new to Real Estate... so my Mom (I’m on the Deed)has a lot of equity in her home and has agreed to giving me a financial start to investing. My problem is she doesn’t make enough money anymore because she’s just recovering from cancer so she’s only working PT.. with that being said I have to now use my income to qualify to cash out on her house... my fear is that by Co-signing on the cash out It will make it hard for me to qualify for any additional loans for investments... I have no idea what to do.
